| | Collection: | | For single daily dosing of Gentamicin (recommended for most |
| | conditions) a sample should be taken between 6 and 14 hours after the |
| | drug dose and the results interpreted using a nomogram available via the |
| | SydPath website. If trough levels are required (used for multiple doses |
| | per day) the sample should be taken just prior to the next dose. |
